Newly renovated home! A lot has been done to give this house a new life. From the ground up, we've fixed and replaced any cracked foundation piers, replaced the existing flooring, replaced rotted exterior walls, replaced many of the interior walls with new sheet-rock, replaced existing windows throughout the home, replaced the garage doors, and added blow-in insulation to the attic to help with energy efficiency. The bathrooms have been renovated with new vanities. A new shower in one and the other a walk-in tub for accessibility. The kitchen has been completely redone. We removed the adjoining wall to the living area for an open-concept feel and pushed back the adjacent wall to give the kitchen much needed space. We've replaced all the cabinetry and countertops to give the new owner a fresh start in their gorgeous new kitchen. In addition, the A/C and water heater have been recently replaced. As well as the roof (windstorm certified).
