What I love most about my home at 4915 Chenevert St in Houston isn’t just the house itself—it’s the incredible community that comes with it. Nestled in a close-knit group of six townhomes known as the Villas at Rosedale, we’re a family. Our HOA is self-managed, and every resident plays a part in maintaining the shared spaces and supporting one another. We’re a diverse mix: two singles and four partners, each with their own unique story. One inherited their home—it's been in their family for generations. Another has lived here for 20 years and are truly the foundation of our community. There’s a high-tech duo who relocated from the Midwest, a well-traveled professor and wife who split time abroad but always return to this as home, and a—one of whom is an engineer—who also globe-trot yet have called this place home for years.
