Wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bath rustic cabin located minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. We have records of excellent rental history. $50k in 2020, 41k 2019 and so on. This cabin pays for itself and I love it dearly but with our daughter going off to college this year, we’ve decided to relocate to Florida in the near future and downsize from our Cobb county home. The mountain views are spectacular and guests love the 3 screened in decks that can be enjoyed bug free. Please note: This is a community and neighbors are on each side of the cabin but the backside with 3 levels of deck is very private and looks out towards the city and Mountain View’s.
