Great little house, a lot of remodeling and painting done. It looks great, Country modern. Wood floors, some painted, wood ceilings, more closet space than you would think. The kitchen is eat-in for 3 or more and the Dining room seats at least 8. Nice size living room with bay-type window arrangement. Laundry room off kitchen with washer and dryer (1 year old) window and door to back stoop and stairs to parking space. Old Victorian walnut knewll post, rail, and balusters lead you upstairs to a landing with a small closet. Master bedroom has a window air unit, 2 1/2 closets, a ceiling fan, 4 windows that shower you with sunlight at daybreak every morning. The bath is right beside the master bedroom. 2 Bedrooms used for an office with a 5by5foot step-in closet, that has a window. The 3rd bedroom has a 4ft. closet and 2windows, one on each wall.
