2-1 close to downtown with a partial view, it’s in the first subdivision in Hot Springs. Hill Wheatley’s house is across street. Only a handful of homes in the middle of town have a view of downtown this is one of them. Good street. Good bones. Updated and turn key. Stainless appliances, hardwood and tile flooring, marble countertops, bonus basement with heat and air. I lived there for years its a good home I hate to sell it but I live in Texas and it’s hard to manage from here. One of the best 2-1s in the middle of town in my opinion. Everyone who I rent it to loves it.
